University of Guanajuato completes 2026 itinerant career fair

The University of Guanajuato (UG) has concluded its 2026 Itinerant Profesiographic Fair, an institutional strategy designed to provide high school students with information regarding undergraduate degree offerings, admission mechanisms, and support services.

From August 31 to September 18, the fair visited 11 High School Level Schools (ENMS) across various locations, including Salamanca, León, San Luis de la Paz, Irapuato, Moroleón, Celaya, Salvatierra, Silao, Pénjamo, and Guanajuato. The initiative reached more than 2,800 students and included approximately 50 informative talks.

Representatives from the university's four campuses participated by setting up modules to address student inquiries directly. The sessions provided details on academic profiles, professional development fields, and specialized areas. Additionally, the university explained various entry paths, such as the ordinary admission process and the 'Pase Regulado' mechanism for students within the UG system.
