University of Louisville Cardinals rout Bahamas Raw Talent 101-52 in Nassau exhibition

The University of Louisville men's basketball team opened its season with a dominant 101-52 victory over the Bahamas Raw Talent squad in the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League at the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Head coach Pat Kelsey praised the experience, noting the value of playing against external competition during the short trip.

Freshman forward Flory Bidunga led Louisville with 10 points, six rebounds, six blocks and three assists, while senior De'Shayne Montgomery scored a game‑high 20 points in his first outing in a Cardinal jersey. Louisville out‑rebounded the Bahamas team 49‑34 and improved its shooting efficiency in the second half, posting a 51.5% field‑goal rate.

The win marked a strong start for the Cardinals heading into the upcoming regular season.
