University of Minnesota women's golf moves to seventh at Lady Paladin Invitational

The University of Minnesota women's golf team moved into seventh place following the second day of the Lady Paladin Invitational at the Furman University Golf Course in Greenville, South Carolina. The team recorded a second-round score of 289 (+7).

Senior Luisamariana Mesones led the team with a second-round 70 (-2), moving into sixth place on the individual leaderboard. Other notable performances included Reese McCauley, who shot a 71 (-1) to tie for 22nd place, and freshman Susanna Manns, who shot an even 72.

Alabama and Xavier currently share the lead among the 12 competing teams with team scores of 8-under-par.
