University of Mississippi announces four new campus dining options

The University of Mississippi has announced the introduction of four new dining options for the upcoming fall semester. These changes include the addition of a new food truck and the replacement of three existing eateries to better align with student preferences.

Manila Skillet, a provider of authentic Filipino cuisine founded by chef Irish Fe Leigh, will transition from a weekly pop-up to a permanent, stand-alone food truck on campus. Additionally, Choolaah Indian BBQ will replace Qdoba in the Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union, offering menu items such as build-your-own bowls, wraps, and traditional sides like naan and samosas.
