University of Montenegro to transform Rectorate atrium into gallery
The University of Montenegro (UCG) has announced a project to transform the atrium of its Rectorate building into a modern, multifunctional gallery space. The initiative aims to integrate art more deeply into the daily life of the university, providing a venue for exhibitions, artistic presentations, professional gatherings, and cultural dialogues.
The project involves the adaptation of two atriums and is designed to serve students, professors, artists, and the general public. The architectural concept was developed by professors from the University of Montenegro’s Faculty of Architecture, specifically Ema Alihodžić Jašarović and Nemanja Milićević. The total investment for the project is valued at 374,322.70 euros.
