University of Oradea student wins NATO video competition

Aris Dejeu, a journalism student at the University of Oradea, has secured third place in the “How Prepared Am I for a Blackout” video competition organized by the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence.

Dejeu produced an informative mini-documentary regarding blackout preparedness while studying in Thessaloniki, Greece, as an Erasmus scholarship recipient. The project was filmed over three days, utilizing both indoor and outdoor settings. In addition to his third-place ranking, Dejeu received the popularity award based on public voting. The competition evaluates entries on criteria including relevance, originality, creativity, content quality, clarity of message, and overall impact.
