University of Science (VNU-HCM) awards honorary professorship to Japanese scientist

The University of Science, a member of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, has awarded the title of honorary professor to Professor Norimichi Takenaka from Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan.

The honor recognizes over 20 years of academic collaboration, training, and research. Professor Takenaka has been particularly noted for his contributions to atmospheric chemistry and urban air pollution studies in Ho Chi Minh City. His work has facilitated international academic connections, providing opportunities for Vietnamese researchers and students to study and conduct research in Japan.
