University of the Free State offers diverse courses and online application tracking

The University of the Free State (UFS) offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and short courses across nine colleges. These include the Faculties of Economic and Management Sciences, Education, Health Sciences, Humanities, Law, Natural and Agricultural Sciences, Open Distance Learning, Theology and Religion, and a Business School.

Prospective students can monitor their admission progress through the university’s online self-service portal. This system allows applicants to verify if their application has been received, check for outstanding documents, see if an offer has been made, or determine if an application was unsuccessful. Applicants use their student number or ID/passport details to log in and view their profiles.
