University of Tuzla opens renovated laboratory and hosts AI symposium

The University of Tuzla has inaugurated its first renovated facility within its campus, featuring the renovated Laboratory Complex of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Center for Energy Transition. The project, costing over 1.5 million KM, was funded by the European Union and the Tuzla Canton budget. This development is part of a larger generational project for which the government has invested approximately 40 million KM to date.

In a separate academic development in Tuzla, the 14th International Symposium on 'Digitalization and the Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business' concluded at FINRA University Tuzla. Organized by FINconsult and FINRA, the event featured 59 papers from international authors. Discussions focused on the integration of AI in accounting, finance, and management, emphasizing that while AI enhances decision-making, human oversight, data quality, and cybersecurity remain essential for successful digital transformation.
