UNLP medical graduates reunite to celebrate 50 years

Approximately 100 doctors from the 1976 graduating class of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP) Faculty of Medicine gathered to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The reunion included professionals traveling from various parts of Argentina, including Entre Ríos, Misiones, Corrientes, La Pampa, Neuquén, and Río Negro.

The event featured an academic ceremony at the university's headquarters, which included the unveiling of a commemorative plaque in the presence of Dean Gustavo Marín. The gathering also honored former professors, such as pathology researcher Rubén Laguens. Following the formal ceremony, the group held a lunch at the Agremiación Médica Platense premises to share memories and celebrate their long-standing professional and personal bonds.
