UnReact releases new Shopify apps for quotes and invoicing

The IT venture company UnReact has released two new applications designed for the Shopify e-commerce platform to streamline B2B and administrative workflows.

The first app, ‘UR: Request a Quote & Hide Price’, allows merchants to hide product prices and ‘Add to Cart’ buttons, replacing them with a request for quote option. This feature is designed for wholesale, B2B, or custom-order business models where pricing is not fixed. Customers can submit requests for multiple items via a three-step form, and merchants can respond with customized pricing, discounts, and shipping costs through a Shopify invoice containing a payment link.

The second app, ‘UR: Self-Serve Receipt & Invoice’, enables customers to view, print, or save receipts and invoices as PDFs directly from their order status page. The app supports compliance with Japan’s invoice system by allowing the display of registration numbers and tax breakdowns. By allowing customers to input their own names and details, the app aims to reduce administrative inquiries for store owners.
