Unrivaled announces Season 3 roster including Paige Bueckers

The Unrivaled basketball league has announced its initial roster for Season 3, featuring several high-profile players. Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers has signed a multi-year contract, and Cameron Brink is confirmed to return for the upcoming season.

Other notable players joining or returning for Season 3 include Natasha Cloud, Courtney Williams, Chelsea Gray, Marina Mabrey, Shakira Austin, Dearica Hamby, Breanna Stewart, Skylar Diggins, Aliyah Boston, Ezi Magbegor, Rhyne Howard, Lexie Hull, Rickea Jackson, Tiffany Hayes, and Natisha Hiedeman.

The league, co-founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier, has seen significant financial growth, with a valuation reaching approximately $650 million. A key feature of the league is its equity model, which provides players with a stake in the organization; the player-equity pool is valued at nearly $200 million, making players the largest shareholder group.

Season 3 is scheduled to begin on January 8 and will maintain the league's unique format, which includes three-on-three gameplay and one-on-one tournaments.
