UOB Vietnam launches 2026 Investment Challenge for students

UOB Vietnam, in collaboration with UOB Asset Management Vietnam and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), has officially launched the third season of the UOB Investment Challenge (UIC) 2026. The opening ceremony took place on September 13, 2026, at the UEH Campus A.

Under the theme ‘Creating Knowledge - Stepping into the Future,’ the competition aims to provide students with practical investment knowledge, asset management skills, and decision-making capabilities within volatile financial environments. The program follows a successful 2025 season which saw over 2,000 students from 25 universities participate.

Paul Kim, Head of Consumer Financial Services at UOB Vietnam, stated that investing in young talent is a long-term commitment to developing high-quality financial human resources. He emphasized that equipping youth with strategic thinking and professional ethics is essential for them to adapt to shifting regional and global financial markets and contribute to Vietnam’s economy.
