UP Business Camp 2026 to focus on brand building and protection

The 14th annual UP Business Camp, organized by the Science and Technology Park of Palacký University (VTP UP), is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, at Pevnost poznání. This year's conference focuses on the themes of brand building and brand protection.

Speakers from various successful Czech brands will share their entrepreneurial experiences. Participants include Denisa Hrubešová, CEO and co-founder of Forendors; Martin Klobas from Angry Beards; Ondřej Starý, founder of NěcoJako; and Jiří Zima, the creator of Niceboy and Furiosa.

Petr Suchomel, director of VTP UP, noted that while new entrepreneurs often prioritize product development and market entry, brand protection and intellectual property are critical components that should be integrated into business plans from the beginning.
