UP Congress Chief responds to PM Modi on national enemies
Uttar Pradesh Congress President Aradhana Misra Mona has stated that the “biggest enemy” facing India is anyone attacking the nation's democracy or the Constitution. Her comments serve as a response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Vijayadashami appeal, in which he urged political parties and citizens to unite against forces that undermine India’s dignity, social harmony, and cultural heritage.
While acknowledging that standing united against national enemies is a duty, Misra expressed concern that democracy is currently under threat. Meanwhile, JD(U) National Spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan supported the Prime Minister’s remarks, describing the appeal as relevant and important in the context of India's history and freedom struggle.
