UPCN and provincial government finalize new collective bargaining agreement

The UPCN union and the provincial government are finalizing a new collective bargaining agreement for the provincial public administration. Following a meeting with Governor Rogelio Frigerio, UPCN General Secretary José Allende emphasized that training will play a central role in the development of administrative careers and worker promotions.

A key component of the agreement is the creation of a bipartite Training Center, managed jointly by the union and the state. This center aims to ensure that training is accessible to all workers and serves as a strategic tool for professional growth.

To tailor future programs, the union and government ministers plan to conduct a survey across various agencies to identify specific organizational needs and tools required by workers. Based on these findings, UPCN will develop training proposals to address identified gaps.
