Upcoming audiovisual and video art events in Berlin and Luzern

The audiovisual event ‘Half Light’ is scheduled for October 23, 2026, at the Silent Green Betonhalle in Berlin. The performance is designed as a continuous narrative experience rather than a series of individual sets, featuring artists Abul Mogard, Marja de Sanctis, Rafael Anton Irisarri, and Concepción Huerta. The lineup includes experimental tape manipulation, a new solo guitar set by Irisarri, and an audiovisual performance by Mogard and de Sanctis based on the album ‘Quiet Pieces’.

In Luzern, the Kunsthalle Luzern will host an exhibition by video and performance artist Timo Ullmann titled ‘Fullscreen’ from October 23 to December 19, 2026. Ullmann’s work explores the technical and artistic potential of screens, deconstructing displays to reveal liquid crystals and technical components. The exhibition examines the history of seeing, from early pictorial spaces to modern digital interfaces, and includes an opening vernissage on October 23, a guided tour and publication release on November 5, and a screening at stattkino Luzern on December 3.
