upGrad reports ₹2,070 crore gross revenue and 8x EBITDA growth in FY26

upGrad, an Asian skilling and lifelong learning provider, reported significant financial improvements for FY26. The company’s Ind-AS EBITDA increased more than eight-fold to INR 123 crore, up from INR 15 crore in FY25.

Gross revenue reached INR 2,070 crore, representing a 7% year-on-year increase. The company also reported a 52% reduction in net loss, which narrowed to INR 130 crore, marking the third consecutive year of halving losses from a peak in FY23.

On the operational side, upGrad reported serving over 100,000 concurrent learners and working with more than 700 enterprises through its B2B division. The company noted that AI is now embedded in over 80% of its curriculum and is being utilized internally to improve structural efficiency, contributing to lower marketing and technology costs.
