Upper One office tower facade completed in Warsaw

The construction of the aluminum and glass facade for the Upper One office tower in Warsaw has reached a major milestone. Located in the Wola district, the 131.5 meter tall building is part of a modern office and hotel complex.

The facade installation involved over 23,000 square meters of surface area and required a year of assembly work. The project was a collaborative effort involving Defor S.A. as the general facade contractor, Q4GLASS as the glass producer, and Sika as the provider of joining systems.

Designed by Medusa Group in cooperation with MHM Architects, the building will feature advanced technologies, including double-deck elevators and five panoramic lifts integrated with an intelligent traffic management system. The overall investment, commissioned by Strabag Real Estate, is scheduled for completion in 2027.
