UPSIDA launches mega e‑auction of residential, commercial plots in Uttar Pradesh

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has announced a mega e‑auction for residential and commercial land parcels in several key cities of the state. Registration opens on 9 July, with the processing‑fee and EMD payment deadline set for 4 August and final document upload by 5 August. Online bidding will be conducted on 7 August. Plots are offered in Prayagraj’s Sarvatri High‑Tech City, Unnao’s Trans‑Ganga City, Barabanki, Hardoi, Greater Noida/Noida (commercial sites for banquet‑hall development), as well as Lucknow, Agra and Meerut. Applicants must register on the UPSIDA portal, submit required fees, and then place bids electronically. The fully online, transparent process aims to accelerate urbanisation, industrial growth and local economic activity by allowing citizens and investors to acquire land directly without intermediaries.
