Upskill Summit 2026 to focus on talent development in Heilbronn

The Upskill Summit 2026 is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at the Bildungscampus Heilbronn in Germany. Organized by several institutions, including TUM Campus Heilbronn, DHBW CAS, Fraunhofer IAO, Global Upskill, the Heilbronn Institute for Lifelong Learning (HILL), and ETH Zürich, the event focuses on the future of professional development.

Targeting executives and professionals in human resources and corporate transformation, the summit will cover topics such as talent development and AI-supported teaching. The program includes interactive elements like ‘Speed Geeking,’ where participants can engage with experts on innovative projects and best practices.

A key feature of the event is the presentation of the ‘Mittelstand Zukunftslab’ (SME Future Lab) by TUM Campus Heilbronn and co-founder Tetyana Lytvyn. This initiative connects companies with students from leading universities to develop practical solutions for real-world business challenges, such as automation and process optimization, within interdisciplinary teams.
