Uptown October emerges as new urban growth center in West Cairo

Mohamed Mansour, Chairman of Al Oula Real Estate, has identified Uptown October as a promising new urban growth center in West Cairo. Spanning approximately 3,482 acres, the area is transitioning from the planning phase to active development due to completed essential infrastructure.

Key infrastructure developments include water, sewage, irrigation, fire protection, and rainwater drainage networks, alongside road paving. The location features a 7-kilometer frontage along the July 26 Axis and the Boulevard Axis, providing direct connectivity to the Oasis Road, the Ring Road, 6th of October City, and Sheikh Zayed.

The area is designed to host an integrated community including residential, commercial, administrative, educational, and recreational activities. Planned services include an international school, commercial and administrative centers, and a 120-bed hospital.
