Urania Milano is beginning its Serie A2 season with a significant roster and coaching overhaul. The team has appointed Stefano ‘Pino’ Sacripanti as the new head coach, following his previous experience with Cantù, Napoli, and the Italian national Under 20 team. Sacripanti succeeds Marco Cardani with a mandate focused on youth development.

Key personnel changes include Alessandro Gentile taking over the captaincy from Andrea Amato. The roster has been bolstered by the addition of Stefano Gentile, who joins from Scafati to manage the team's playmaking, alongside young talent Saccoccia from Rimini. The season opener features a challenging matchup against Banco di Sardegna Sassari at the Allianz Cloud.
