Urban Arrow launches Breeze electric cargo bike for families

Dutch company Urban Arrow has launched the Breeze, a long-tail electric cargo bike designed specifically for family use. The model features an extended rear carrier capable of carrying up to 80 kg, providing space for two small children or additional cargo.

The bicycle is powered by a Bosch Cargo Line motor producing 85 Nm of torque, paired with an Enviolo continuously variable hub gear and a Gates carbon belt drive for low-maintenance, quiet operation. To accommodate different needs, Urban Arrow offers three Bosch PowerPack battery options: 400 Wh, 545 Wh, and 800 Wh. The largest battery allows for a range of up to 100 km.

In North America, the Breeze is available at select retailers in the US and Canada starting at $6,999. The North American version includes 24-inch wheels, a Tektro Volans braking system, and Suntour Mobi34 CGO Boost front suspension to improve stability and comfort on uneven urban surfaces. The bike has a total weight capacity of 200 kg, including the rider.
