Urban development projects advance in Burriana and Valencia

Urban development initiatives are progressing in Burriana and Valencia through the activation of Integrated Action Programs (PAI).

In Burriana, the City Council has awarded a €14,850 contract to Acir Urbanismo, SLP to reactivate the Camí Serratella-Marge PAI. This project, which has been stalled since 2011, aims to finalize urban planning, update the project to current regulations, and facilitate construction licenses for local residents.

In Valencia, the PAI for the Remunta unit within the Cabanyal-Canyamelar Special Plan has been admitted for processing. This development is expected to include a student residence with a potential capacity of approximately 680 places. Combined with nearby residential projects, the initiative aims to create a university residential hub with a total potential of 1,300 student places to meet the high demand near the Universitat Politècnica de València and the Universitat de València.
