Urban development projects announced in Banja Luka and Bečići

New urban development projects have been announced in Banja Luka and Bečići. In Banja Luka, a plan for a six-story residential and commercial building is proposed for the site of the Georg-Komerc beverage discount in the Obilićevo neighborhood. Urban planning documents identify Olympic swimmer Mihajlo Čeprkalo as the investor for the project, which covers approximately 1,550 square meters. The company Georg-Komerc, managed by Rada Čeprkalo, reported a revenue of 19.6 million KM in 2025.

In Bečići, a new multi-phase complex is planned, consisting of a three-star apartment block, a three-star garni hotel, and garage spaces. The project covers a total area of 2,650 square meters and will include 31 apartments and 44 hotel accommodation units. The development features a swimming pool, green spaces, a children's playground, and 70 parking spaces.
