Urban development projects approved in Werne and Düsseldorf

In Werne, the city has granted approval for residential construction on the former Spermann site in the Mühlenfeld area. This decision marks a move toward development on the site after a long period of inactivity, starting with the approval for a single-family home.

In Düsseldorf, a new proposal has been submitted to develop a long-vacant lot at the corner of Belsenstraße and Siegfriedstraße in the Oberkassel district. The site, which previously housed a gas station and has since been used as a parking lot and unofficial gathering space, is slated for a multi-family residential building. The project includes 14 apartments ranging from 70 to 150 square meters and a two-story underground garage.
