URBAN EXPANSIONS appoints Amal Halim as Head of Sales

URBAN EXPANSIONS has appointed Amal Halim as the Head of Sales. This leadership change is part of the company’s strategy to restructure its management and enhance sales efficiency as it expands its presence in the Egyptian real estate market.

Halim brings professional experience in sales and real estate development, focusing on market variables and customer needs. The company aims to use this expertise to improve communication mechanisms and support upcoming marketing and sales plans.

The appointment coincides with the company’s active development of projects, most notably the Glow Terra Towers located in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. The project spans approximately 8,250 square meters with a total built-up area of about 20,000 square meters. It is designed as a mixed-use destination featuring commercial, entertainment, restaurant, cafe, administrative office, and entrepreneur spaces, alongside investment hotel units.
