URBAN EXPANSIONS begins construction on Glow Terra Towers in New Capital

URBAN EXPANSIONS has commenced excavation and soil testing for its Glow Terra Towers project located in the Downtown area of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. This move marks the transition of the project into its actual implementation phase as the company prepares for final licensing drawing approvals.

CEO Ahmed Essam El Deen stated that the acceleration of these works aligns with presidential directives to expedite real estate projects. The development covers approximately 8,250 square meters with a total built-up area of about 20,000 square meters. The project is designed to include a mix of commercial activities, restaurants, cafes, administrative offices, flexible spaces for entrepreneurs, and hotel units.

Strategically located near major landmarks such as the Al Masa Hotel, the main conference hall, and the Financial District, Glow Terra Towers represents the company's first project within the New Administrative Capital.
