Urban-Galindo land sale in Barakaldo for 9.4 million euros

Bilbao Ría 2000 has put a 2,231-square-meter plot of land in the Urban-Galindo neighborhood of Barakaldo up for sale for 9.4 million euros. The sale, which includes a two-month window for offers, aims to complete the regeneration of the area's main avenue.

Urban planning regulations allow for the construction of a building capable of housing approximately 100 apartments, with over 9,000 square meters of development potential. The successful bidder will be required to include a public square within the plot. This development follows several recent residential projects in the area, which was formerly part of the Altos Hornos industrial site.
