Urban One and National Urban League launch $100K business competition
Urban One, Inc. and the National Urban League have announced the launch of the Urban One Community Business Competition. The initiative is designed to provide small business owners and entrepreneurs with promotional and advertising support.
The competition will take place from October 26 to November 1, 2026, during the ONE Voyage Experience cruise aboard the Resilient Lady. The cruise is scheduled to visit Nassau, Bahamas, and Virgin Voyages’ Beach Club at Bimini.
During the event, registered business owners will pitch their ventures to a panel of judges. The grand prize winner will receive $100,000 in promotional and advertising support. The second-place winner will receive $50,000, and the third-place winner will receive $25,000.
