Urban One Podcast Network adds true-crime series Infamy

The Urban One Podcast Network has announced the addition of the true-crime podcast Infamy to its audio content portfolio. Created and hosted by media entrepreneur Brian “Boss” Valmond, the scripted narrative series utilizes investigative reporting, archival material, and immersive sound design to examine the lives and cultural impacts of notorious figures in American history.

Infamy explores the intersections of organized crime, street culture, hip-hop, race, and American history. Valmond, through his company ValTown, has built an audience of over 400,000 followers across social platforms. He noted that joining the network allows him to continue storytelling with a company that prioritizes Black culture and stories.
