Urban spaces undergo transformation in Zamora and Santiago

In Zamora, Spain, the former Armería Tomás on Villalpando Street has reopened as Cocinas Burón. The new business, founded by local entrepreneur Sonia, transitions the space from a long-standing arms and hunting shop into a design center for kitchens and home interiors. The project aims to provide personalized service, covering everything from kitchen design to furniture and appliance selection.

In Santiago, the former Hospital Xeral building has been transformed into a luxury residence following a significant investment. Managed by SmartRental, the facility serves students, tourists, and pilgrims. The redevelopment includes amenities such as a gym, study areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces equipped with billiards and foosball, revitalizing a structure that had been abandoned for 25 years.
