Urbino celebrates Renaissance heritage during Festa del Duca

The Festa del Duca in Urbino continues its celebration of the Renaissance. The third day of the 44th edition features a wide array of performances across the city's historic center, including street theater, music, acrobatics, and parades.

Organizers aim to transform the entire city into a stage, with events taking place in various squares such as Piazza Duca Federico and Piazza Rinascimento. The festivities involve 16 different companies from Italy and abroad. Additionally, the Palazzo Ducale serves as a cultural hub, hosting educational projects and presentations, such as illustrations from the novel ‘La corte dei veleni’.
