Đurđevića Tara Bridge reconstruction triggers unauthorized crossing warnings

The Traffic Administration has issued a warning regarding unauthorized attempts to cross the Đurđevića Tara Bridge. Despite a total traffic suspension in effect since August 10 due to critical reconstruction work, reports have emerged of individuals attempting to traverse the site.

Authorities emphasized that the bridge is an active construction zone involving complex engineering tasks that cannot be performed while traffic is flowing. Unauthorized entry poses serious safety risks to both the public and the workers engaged in the reconstruction.

To address these incidents, the Traffic Administration is implementing additional measures to control and clearly mark access to the bridge. They are also coordinating with relevant services to ensure strict adherence to the suspension and urge citizens to use officially designated alternative routes.
