Uribe Schwarzkopf expands to Miami with WOMA project

Ecuadorian architecture firm Uribe Schwarzkopf has announced its international expansion into the Miami market with the development of WOMA. Located in the Wynwood North neighborhood, the residential project aims to connect Ecuadorian talent with global design standards.

The architectural design was developed in collaboration with the Dutch firm MVRDV and the Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design (KKAI). The building's facade is inspired by the industrial legacy and textile history of the Wynwood district, which serves as Miami's Fashion District.
