Ursuline nuns in Erfurt announce new foundation

The Ursuline nuns in Erfurt, who have resided at the Anger since 1667, recently held an annual celebration to mark the founding of their house. The event focused on the values established by the order's founder, Angela Merici: being open, benevolent, and careful.

A key announcement made during the gathering was the intention to establish the ‘Stiftung Ursulinenkloster Erfurt’ (Ursuline Monastery Erfurt Foundation). This foundation aims to secure the future of the monastery as a site of faith and community service through donations and volunteer engagement.
