Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil advance 2026 Binational‑Trinational Higher‑Education Forum
In Paysandú, Uruguay, representatives of the Argentina‑Uruguay Binational Committee met to flesh out the agenda for the III Binational and III Trinational Higher‑Education Jornadas scheduled for 9–10 September 2026. The event, themed “Regional Networks for Transforming Higher Education,” will involve institutions from Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Key participants included delegates from the Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER) and the Centro Universitario Regional Litoral Norte of the Universidad de la República (UdelaR), as well as officials from the Paysandú municipal government and the Argentine consulate.
