Uruçuca Road Paving Project Enters New Phase in Bahia, Brazil

The paving work on the road linking Uruçuca to the Serra Grande district has moved into a new stage with the installation of the construction camp, workshop and crusher equipment. Mayor Magnólia Barreto inspected the new structures and emphasized that the project, a joint effort between the Uruçuca municipal government and the state of Bahia, has been awaited by residents for years.

The municipality expects the improved highway to boost mobility, tourism and the regional economy, providing better access for farmers, safer travel for locals and visitors, and overall development for the area.
