US Army moves TITAN targeting program into production

The US Army has transitioned its Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) program from the prototyping phase into full production. The program aims to provide mobile ground stations that fuse data from satellites, aircraft, and ground systems into a common intelligence picture, allowing soldiers to act on real-time data in the field rather than relying on fixed, vulnerable command posts.

Palantir Technologies and Anduril Industries have been awarded a combined $192 million to support this production phase. Palantir, serving as the program team lead, secured $127 million to oversee production alongside partners including L3Harris Technologies, Sierra Nevada Corporation, Strategic Technology Consulting, and World Wide Technology.

Anduril received $65 million to produce and integrate hardware subsystems and mission shelters. The company will manufacture ruggedized, vehicle-mounted systems, including power, thermal, and control subsystems. The current order includes the delivery of eight units: four TITAN Advanced models, which offer high processing capabilities for tactical trucks, and four TITAN Basic models designed for greater mobility on Joint Light Tactical Vehicles.
