The arrests took place in numerous locations, including Texas, Virginia, New Jersey, Indiana, Georgia, Mississippi, Illinois, Wisconsin, Maryland, Washington, Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Utah, and New York. Specific individuals named include Emmanuel Omowaiye, Laurene Onwuka, Olusegun Shonekan, and Olusegun Olaseni, among others.
