U.S. banks to close branches on September 7 for Labor Day

Banks across the United States will close their physical branches on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. This closure is part of the Federal Reserve System's official holiday calendar.

While in-person services such as teller windows and face-to-face advisory sessions will be unavailable, customers can still access automated teller machines (ATMs), mobile banking applications, and online portals. However, certain transactions like deposits, transfers, or payments may not be processed or reflected in accounts until the next business day, Tuesday, September 8.
