US Città di Fasano disputes emergence of Fasano Football Club

US Città di Fasano has issued a formal response following the announcement of the new ‘Fasano Football Club’, an entity described as an evolution of the existing first team within the BS Soccer Team Fasano. The club maintains that it remains ‘alive and well’ and intends to pursue its legal appeals.

US Città di Fasano contested the claims made by the new club regarding its ability to relaunch local football and return the city to higher leagues. The club also expressed concerns regarding the new entity’s use of a logo that closely resembles its own official crest.

Despite the dispute, US Città di Fasano confirmed that its youth sector remains fully operational with a reinforced organizational structure. Activities will continue at the Vito Curlo stadium and the Timo’s facilities, with upcoming open days scheduled for various age groups.
