US Democratic Socialists Gain Influence Within Democratic Party

Prominent figures such as Zoran Mamdani, Daria Lisa Avila Chevalier, Francesca Hong and Abdul El Said are running for office, promoting policies like rent controls, Medicare‑for‑All and higher taxes on the wealthy.
