U.S. Department of Defense releases 2025 UFO video

The U.S. Department of Defense’s War Department made public an 18‑second infrared video recorded in 2025 by a military platform. The footage, captured by a sensor on an American forces installation, shows an unidentified aerial object that the sensor kept centered for about 15 seconds, displaying a six‑pointed thermal pattern.

The video was submitted to the All‑Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) by the Indo‑Pacific Command and released as part of the “Pursue” system, a presidential directive issued by former President Donald Trump on Truth Social that obliges the government to disclose UAP‑related material. Redactions were applied to protect witness identities and sensitive location details. This is the fourth batch of such releases and among the largest collections of UAP videos disclosed to date.
