In Montana, the State Department of Justice announced three separate arrests as part of the same national effort. Victoria Davenport of Great Falls faced two counts of Medicaid fraud for submitting over $2.3 million in false claims, while Allison Watt of Billings was charged with $249,000 in fraudulent billing, and Laural Suydam of Helena was convicted of $3,790 in fraudulent reimbursements. The Montana cases illustrate the broader focus on fraudulent billing practices, including the use of unlicensed staff and fabricated documentation.
