US imposes 15% tariff on polysilicon imports under Section 232 FAST-MOVING
President Donald Trump signed an executive order that imposes a 15% tariff on polysilicon derivatives and establishes minimum import prices for the material. The measures take effect on 4 December 2026 at 00:01 Eastern Time for goods declared for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse.
