U.S. News & World Report releases 2027 Best Colleges rankings

U.S. News & World Report has released its 2027 Best Colleges rankings, highlighting several Virginia-based institutions.

Regent University has been recognized as a Best National University and a Top Private College for the eighth consecutive year. The university was also noted as a Top Performer in Social Mobility Among National Universities and received recognition for one of its Best Undergraduate Psychology Programs.

Shenandoah University has risen 27 spots in the national university rankings over the last two years. It is currently ranked as the number two private national college and university in Virginia. Additionally, its Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is ranked second among private universities in the state, following its nurse-midwifery program which was previously ranked number one.
