US Open 2026 ticket prices surge amid high-demand Federer exhibition

The 2026 US Open in New York's Flushing Meadows will feature a special exhibition by retired Swiss star Roger Federer during the tournament's Fan Week on August 25. Resale platforms have listed tickets for the event at up to €12,000, far above official prices. The United States Tennis Association (USTA) warns that secondary‑market prices are set by sellers and can far exceed the original face value.

Ticket demand is also driving up prices for the main tournament. Opening‑day seats in the Arthur Ashe Stadium can fetch more than $400, daily passes often exceed $300, and resale offers for the women's final approach $6,000, while the men's final has seen offers above €20,000. The USTA advises fans to purchase only through official channels, with Ticketmaster as the sole verified resale marketplace.
