US Open: Kei Nishikori wins qualifying match as kimbap gains popularity

Entrepreneur Simon Kim and Chef Park Eun-jo collaborated to bring bulgogi kimbap to the event, drawing inspiration from traditional Korean family meals served during school sports days. The menu features bulgogi, carrots, pickled radish, kale, and burdock root.
